Victoriano De las Fuentes focuses his practice on Mexican civil and mercantile law litigation, principally in the areas of administrative and tax law, and the constitutional
amparo claims related thereto.
In his practice, Victoriano has represented foreign financial institutions in the collection of significant debts, and has represented individual and corporate clients in the challenge of administrative actions, and the constitutionality of laws and regulations, as well as in the rescission of public works contracts, and the challenge of the legal capacity of public functionaries to hold office.
Victoriano has broad experience, and has represented clients in the glass, mining, home appliances, auto parts, food & beverage, finance, and insurance industries, among others.
